1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Duyibo's online education platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Finland. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Services

Duyibo provides online educational services including but not limited to:

• Interactive online courses and learning materials
• Video lectures, tutorials, and educational content
• Assessment tools, quizzes, and certification programs
• Student progress tracking and analytics
• Communication tools between instructors and students

All services are provided electronically through our web platform in compliance with Finnish education and consumer protection laws.

3. User Registration and Accounts

To access our educational services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

When using Duyibo's platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for legitimate educational purposes
• Not share, distribute, or resell course content without authorization
• Respect intellectual property rights of course creators and Duyibo
• Not engage in academic dishonesty, cheating, or plagiarism
• Not disrupt the learning environment or harass other users
• Comply with all applicable Finnish laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, content, software, and technology provided through Duyibo are protected by Finnish and international copyright laws. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal educational use only.

Recording, downloading, or distributing course content without explicit permission is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Payment Terms and Refunds

Course fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Payment terms include:

• All prices are in euros and include applicable Finnish VAT
• Payment is due at time of enrollment unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase in accordance with Finnish Consumer Protection Act
• Refund eligibility may be restricted for courses with significant completion

7. Service Availability and Technical Requirements

While we strive to maintain 99% uptime, Duyibo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet connectivity and compatible devices to access our educational content.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Duyibo processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection laws. Our detailed privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Finnish law, Duyibo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Technical failures or interruptions beyond our control
• Third-party content or services integrated with our platform

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other matters where limitation is prohibited by Finnish law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Duyibo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause with appropriate notice as required by Finnish law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation through appropriate Finnish consumer dispute resolution bodies
• Finnish courts with jurisdiction, with Helsinki District Court as the venue for business disputes

12. Changes to Terms

Duyibo reserves the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before implementation, as required by Finnish consumer protection law.
